A native of Bora Bora, Mihiau left her island five years ago to pursue language studies, first in Tahiti and then abroad, gaining professional experience in Hungary and Australia. It was this openness to the world that naturally led her to French Polynesia Sotheby’s International Realty, whose international reach mirrored her own journey.

Having always been passionate about real estate, she chose to turn that passion into a career, driven by what she loves above all else: human connection and the relationship of trust that is built with each client throughout their project. Curious, attentive, and driven by a genuine desire to excel, Mihiau strives to understand each client’s needs so she can support them with transparency, availability, and diligence—whether for a purchase, sale, or rental.

What she particularly appreciates about her job is discovering a little more of her island every day—its hidden corners and rare gems, those unique properties she’s lucky enough to unearth and help others discover.
