Nedy BONNET: “United in real estate success”.<\/strong> Nedy spent his entire childhood in Faa’a, home to French Polynesia’s international airport. He’s one of FENUA’s blossoming flowers. She has been in the real estate business for almost 2 years, and in 2023 she joined the FPSIR team in Tahiti. “A colleague was posting houses for sale on Facebook, so I contacted her to find out more about the sector, and that’s when it all started.” For her, there’s no doubt that the essential qualities of a good real estate agent are excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, the ability to establish and maintain a relationship of trust, a real capacity for negotiation, the ability to manage one’s diary (estimates, taking out mandates, visits, notary appointments, etc.), perseverance and, above all, the determination to overcome obstacles. From renting to selling, Nedy demonstrates courage, humility and perseverance on a daily basis as she accompanies and guides her customers (owners and buyers) through the buying or selling process: “I really enjoy listening carefully to their needs, concerns and objectives”. Her emotional intelligence enables her to fully understand her customers’ expectations and provide the right advice. Her approach is to systematically put herself in the customer’s shoes, to feel their emotions and understand their point of view. What she loves most about her job is the opportunity to discover a wide variety of properties, each with its own character, and to be in contact with customers, both owners and buyers, as their needs and objectives are unique. It’s real teamwork, which she enjoys both with her customers and within the agency with her colleagues. As a FPSIR agent, she recalls with pride her participation in the most recent real estate fair held in Faa’a.
